Job #1 - Play Condition
- Check pads for leaks
- No pads need to be replaced
- Steam seat all pads
- Oil Keys
- Re-fit Flute and Saxophone Tenons
- Adjust spring tension as needed
- Play Test
Job #2 - Minor Regulate and Adjust
- Same as Job #1 plus
- Replace up to 5 pads
- Replace necessary key corks
- Remove excess play on keys
- Set regulation
Job #3 - Major Regulate and Adjust
- Same as Job #2 plus
- Replace up to 10 pads
- Straighten and align bent keys
- Remove minor dents
Job #4 - Clean and Polish
- This job can be added to Jobs #1, 2, or 3
- The instrument is disassembled
- The body is washed
- Silver plated instruments are polished
- Keys are cleaned and/or polished
- Wood body on clarinets is oiled
- Saxophones get a chemical bath
Job #5 - Complete Repad
- The instrument is completely taken apart to clean and polish
- Replace and seat all pads
- Replace all tenon corks (replace head cork on flutes)
- Replace all key corks
- Straighten and align bent keys
- Remove minor dents
- Set regulation
- Remove excess play
- Adjust spring tension
- Oil keys
- Straighten body on flutes and saxophones as needed
- Re-fit tenons on Flutes and Saxophones
A La Carte Work
- Replace Flute head cork
- Replace Clarinet tenon cork
- Replace Saxophone neck cork
- Replace key spring
- Re-fit tenons on Flutes
- Re-fit Clarinet tenon rings
- Silver solder keys
- Replacement parts available
